I think that it could be a young Speckled Bush Cricket - Leptophyes punctatissima? I have quite a few in the garden at the moment which look similar to yours. If they have them as far south as you are - that is.

Thanks, Shirley! Not much to chose between them, both being speckled and large ovi-something. Leptophyes punctatissima is down here but Isophya pyrenea is a mountain species, so a little more likely.

Howdy, it's certainly not a Speckled Bush - those have way more "speckles" and quite a different habitus as nymphs. Can't say what it might be though, not into crickets much ... sorry Arp
