This looks like a Linum sp (flax). Apart from common flax (L. usitatissimum) there are many similar blue species in southern Europe- for instance, Linum narbonense in Spain .... http://www.first-nature.com/flowers/linum_narbonense.php

Thank you SO much! I actually didn't get any success on Google images for "blue flower spain"! You'd think ONE flax image might show up!
