This tiny parasitic wasp lays its eggs in the egg case of a Preying Mantis. It has strong looking toothed rear legs. Apparently it uses these to clamp itself to a mantis and hitch a ride with it until the mantis lays her eggs. The wasp needs to lay her eggs in the mantis ootheca before the foam goes hard.

That's her ovipositor, bigger than the rest of her body? Fascinating to know that the grim mantis has her own predators! Nice picture ....
