Question Unknown wildflowers

I have a couple of unidentified wildflower photos from yesterday. Can I add the images into a post and ask for an ID. The last time I put an image into a post it dissapeared after a few days. Or shall I just add them straight into the gallery as a "wildflower"?
Thanks.

I think you can only put them into the gallery - and then post a link.

I saw these yesterday in North Holland, there were not too many wildflowers left this time of year, mainly Red Campion, but I would be interested if anyone knows what these three are.

Photo 1 is a close up image of picture 2.

3.http://www.wildabouttheworld.com/gallery/data//517/thumbs/WAB_National_park_27-10-07_1.jpg

3.This was a multiple trunk smal tree rather than a pant, but had these beautiful hanging flowers.

Thanks for any help with IDing these for me .

Have to keep in mind that you may have species there that I'm not familiar with!
1/2 are Himalayan balsam, Impatiens glandulifera - an invasive species.
3 is the ripening fruit of spindle, Euonymus europaea
4 is not there !
5 is a toadflax, probably the common one Linaria vulgaris ...

I think

Very impressive! I half suspected the toadflax was toadflax after a thread on WAB a few weeks back.

I am not sure what you think is missing as you have ID'd all three plants (3 plants , 4 pictures) .

Many thanks, I will check them out then ask Stuart to rename the ones in the gallery .

A new unidentified flower

Has any one any idea about this delicate little wildflower I saw today. It's flower was only about 15mm in diameter. There were quite alot of these around, growing close to the ground. Thank you.

With the usual caveats - I would say this is herb robert, Geranium robertianum. Last autumn I found a similar plant with white flowers - until then I hadn't realised that it also came in white .....

Yes, I have just checked it out and Herb Robert looks a perfect match. I can't say I noticed any white ones though. It's easy when I have a name to go on! Thanks Paul.
I wonder how much longer we will still be seeing wildflowers for, every week they seem to be diminishing - at least there is the fungi .

In all my time botanising I'd never seen a white one before (or hadn't recognised it).

Yes, not much flowering in northern England in the wild but garden plants are doing some weird things: have a Cotoneaster just starting to flower; the Jasminum nudiflorum, winter jasmine, is in full bloom already; the Magnolia has only just stopped flowering. On the other hand, for the past three years our hellebores have started flowering in September but no sign of bloom yet. Poor plants have been confused by the weather this year ...
