This exotic looking tree is growing in our local park and it seems rather unusual for these parts. The pink flowers and green pods grew side by side at one point but the tree seems to have dropped most of them now. I managed to find one of the seed pods and left it to dry, so that I might try to grow it at home. For any ID suggestions, I would be very grateful...
