Wildflowers for ID

I found these this morning - they couldn't be more different.

1. These were large about 15-20cm and found in a marshy area where I have seen Gunnera by a stream/ditch along the side of a bike lane.

2. Tiny little flowers found on mossy sandy ground, just 2 or 3mm's across, you can compare to the size of the old rabbit poo in the piccie.

Any idea what they are please?

1. 2.

1.

Paul suggested a Petasites Sp in the gallery.
Common Butterbur (Petasites hybridus) does get absolutely massive, and now I have seen images of it I realise this is the plant (or rather the leaves) I have seen in the past and is what I mistook for Gunnera. I can't believe I have never noticed the flowers though .

Thanks Paul, sorry I can't help with your unidentified.
