Unidentified plant

I'd be grateful for an id on this. I saw it in Wisconsin.

The leaves belong to the fruit? How large was the plant?

This shows a bit more. Yes the leaves are relevant. I thought it looked like an umbellifer. It stood about two feet plus high.
