Forum image gallery request
Is there any chance of a forum image gallery here so we can add photos to posts via there instead of from the actual gallery? I hate to add substandard photos to the gallery just to get an ID or show what I am talking about. Also people who come to WAW for the first time might not realise what quality images there are here and surely we want them to see the breath takers at first glance?
Here is an example, areally awful image but very pertinent to a post.

Good point. Hardly the most inspiring view in your pic but, as you say, how do you illustrate a point otherwise? I had the same sort of thought about the rubbish on the canal!

Or ... just put them in your personal gallery and they won't appear to anyone looking through the general galleries? I must admit that I tend to put this sort of thing in the Environment gallery because, with the world as it is we perhaps expect to see ugly pictures under that description?

I hadn't thought about that . It's not ideal - but a solution for something that has been annoying me for a while! So I have moved the offending images .

Is the 'Other Images' in the Gallery where you put photos to add to forum posts?

Hello Suzanne, Yes, the "other Images" is where I put photo's for posts which are not really good enough to go in to the gallery. If the images are good though, I put them into the correct gallery and copy and paste from there for the post.

Thanks Goosey
It's just an id I need and the photo is quite small .....and a bit blurry come to that ....so definately not gallery standard.
