What time is it?

I've just written a note (on a gallery) and see that it is timed at 1.35. It is, in Yorkshire at least, 17.48 (5.49 p.m.). Is there a way for us to amend the settings to time zone that we live in? I have looked but cannot promise that I've done it fully ....
