I am trying to be as Right as possible here. But consider this that the History of Man be contained in the midst of Natural history, and that then in a sense of the right wing notion of a Mind on History being also the scientist's mind on Nature is referable by the institutional poltics of our time.
I still would have doubts about the global warming status in a conference of A.P.E.C. with comparison to a Climate Change consideration and (yes, basic concern) in the the east Asian conference including India and China.
We deal in the consciounable values of market and economy in tripartate worth. A.P.E.C. easily can mean communication, environment, and mass production. In the more sociological concerns of the Asian conference it is, I believe, agriculture and urban culture, environmental degradation issues, and poverty probes.
Come on, materially we are on a different probe and point of research. So what is progress? The left wing notion of human progress is as of late just being offended and upstaged by the Right to "sustaining" marketeers. Any right progress is a joke for true scientists' common interests.
John Howard's comment for "progress while fighting climate change" were totally hollow.
