In fact, I started a thread on insects and other invertebrates in/as art - didn't get much response, presumably because ther aren't many?

yes paul good idea i think there shouldbe a paintings gallery.The above painting is one of my watercolurs thanks for the welcome.from stirling.

You always have the problem of, "What is Art?". Does it include this: 
The Bilbao puppy was originally constructed as an ironic piece of kitsch - but it's now the most appreciated part of the Museum (or perhaps one of the two most famous parts ...) .....

Well, it's very bright and colourful - and self-watering, they have a cunning system of watering the plants from the inside.
