What fun! It must be so much better to have someone who knows the area and can point things out rather than just be a tourist. I
Shame about the insects if that is your thing.
It is always nice to see what others have been up to and seen, put as much info and story behind things if you can - I am so nosy, it stops me making up the story and letting my imagination run riot!

Hello! Nice to be back around again - Visited my Dad in the States, about a month earlier in the year than previously - so much less insect life around, much to my disappointment. So not the normal hundreds of images taken. Still have a few, so will slowly upload a few more over the coming days :0)

hello, just to let you know that you can edit the title and the keywords of your gallery images yourself (ie leaf hopper for now). By clicking Photo options top right of your image, drop down to Edit photo and go from there. If you put leaf hopper in to the key words aswell as the name it will show up in more searches. People can click on the keywords and it will do a search for every title and set of keywords with that word in. It makes life so much easier trying to ID or looking for an image you know is somewhere.

Thanks for the welcome goosey, its lovely to be here :0)
Im British, but all the images so far are of US species. My Dad lives in the States, when I visit every day is spent outside with my camera IMMERSING myself in the wildlife. See something new (to me) every day.
