Your mini apple pie recipe looks nice - I like the idea of using cinnamon. I think I will make some when I make the mince pies in a couple of weeks. I can't get cooking apples here, it took ages getting use to making apple sauce and pies using eaters, but I add a squeeze of lemon to get the tartness, then some sugar to take the tartness away!

Hi Feline, I have just been looking at your website/blog. You have some super images there, I like the druid circles. (The last time I was at one, I couldn't get the whole area into a photo, then I was trying to miss the people there and to top it all I got covered in green sheep poo and trod it into the car and was not popular!) Jam making, wine making, hair tonic etc - you are a lady of many talents!

Hello. Just a comment that your picture labelled 'nettle' is, I think, a selfheal - Prunella sp. I see the similarity though!
