Where, in anyones opinion, would be the best place be, in the world , to spot a whale migration? DD

Here is the one I am most aware of:

-Gray Whales migrate from the Arctic, to the warm waters of Baja California, during the fall.

But I also know that they usually travel from cold waters where they feed, to the warmer waters, where they will breed.

I don't know if that helped...but at least you know that you should to places with warm waters.
