polars bears have the hibernation trigger in their system, but they don't hibernate in the same way as other bears do. Any idea why not? I'd have thought that polar bears would need more of a reason than any other bears to sleep through a harsh winter.
Not something I'd ever really thought about, but I will now I. was assumed that polar bears went into hibernation just just like most other bears. I think I've seen them in snow holes on TV, but now I'm not so sure
Hi We are going up to northen Labrador to see for ourselves what is going on with Global Warming. We plan to talk to Innuit elders and find out what they
