Climbing quadrupeds
Surely these must be the best climbers:
The goats with a head for heights | Environment | The Guardian
Interesting that they are climbing to get minerals rather than water or vegetation.....

... although some large quadrupeds are better at climbing than you might think, especially when they are strongly motivated:
