Almost Autumn Caterpillars

Hello guys! howdy?
Long time no see!
I've been busy and a bit a way from here and nature.
So today I decided to get back on the hunt and found these 2 creatures.

1# - this was in a Bermuda Buttercup (Oxalis pes-caprae)... the strange is that one of its parts (might be the backs) catches the leaf and it sticks up. I've been watching it.. I've put it on a plastic box with the plant. I wonder if it feeds on it.. Any idea of what is it?

2# - Found in a Hawksbeard (Crepis sp)... it seems like a baby.. I've also saved it, since I saw a lot of parasites near.
Any possibility of being a Hecatera bicolorata?

Thanks for the help and good ''hunting'' on bugs

Sorry, Ricky: caterpillars don't mean a lot to me I'm afraid.
The first ones looks like a looper (Geometridae) perhaps? I can find no record of anything feeding on Oxalis spp ....
Have they been eating? Perhaps your best hope is to see if they pupate?
Good luck.
