Insects for Medical Use

I know some insects, and even some mammals are being studied for their potential contributions to new, stronger medications and antibiotics. Cockroaches are a favorite with scientists searching for stronger antibiotics that can kill off the upsurge of super-bugs that are normally resistant to traditional antibiotics. This article explains how cockroaches may actually be useful to humans.

If you know of more insects/animals that have a higher potential, please add to this.
