About Signature spider ?

When wondering through dam side i seen around 25 mm to 30mm size signature spider ,i don't know much about it. Can anybody explain me about it.
Male- female identification,life span ,movements etc.

Hi Suhas,
I like your photos, when you paste a photo and go to paste another, press enter to create a gap between the two photos,
Your spider is an orb weaver,a Signature Spider - Argiope spp, you can check it out on line
It is found arround deciduous forrests, it should have a zig zag line of white silk running through it's web, this is called a Stabilimentum,
It wraps it's prey up and eats it at it's leisure, it also holds it's legs to-gether in pairs, making it look like it has only four legs and not eight,
