Organic Farming

how much of your food is currently sourced from organic farms? About two or three years ago, I would have been surprised if it was as much as five to 10%.

I can even remember the day when they put an organic section in the local supermarket, and most people thought it was a nice idea, but that it probably wouldn't get any bigger than about 3 m of shopping space.

However, wherever possible, I now by organic food, without even thinking about it. Fruit and vegetables, milk, cereals, breadetc are just some of the items that I buy, but I could soon see that within a few years it will be almost everything.
