Are you referring to the events like Katrina, cyclone Nargis in Burma, the earthquakes in China, and the tornadoes in the US? I'd say, yes. What goes up must come down. Every ton of carbon and other harmful chemicals we disperse into the atmosphere accelerates global climate change.

I agree that worldwide climate change is accelerating. Humans have definitely been a precipitative factor in accelerating the destructive changes we have seen in the last few decades.
