Can anybody help?
I want to put the endangered species act on my site but i am not sure if it is against the law to publish it on my site or not? ......

I've replied elsewhere but I see no problem with copying official documents to a web-site as long as you acknowledge the source. Publicising it would probably be welcomed and the worst that can happen is they ask you to take it down ... very unlikely in this case.
