Jelly type fungus for ID

I found this on sandy grassland, it was about 4-5cm in diameter.
I did wonder if it was Exida truncta which had fallen off a tree but there were no tree's close by. There was a dark blob of the jelly right next to it you can just make it out behind the main subject, but I didn't get a photo of that or the underside of this.
