There were five little groups of these in close proximity, with 2 or 3 in each group. Some had toppled and some were very dry and past their best.
The tallest one was 7cm tall and 6cm across the cap.
Not particularly under any sort of tree, nearest was hawthorn.
I am sure I have come across thes before but can't get my brain in to gear.

With the radial fibrills I would try the Inocybe section but which species I am not sure.
