Burns Night

I have my (veggie) haggis and neeps ready for dinner.
Which Burns poem would we chose - he was a good observer of nature and was often inspired by animals and plants .... one way or another.
Most famously:
To A Louse
and
To a Mouse

Any others?

Thanks for the link to "The Louse" how very unfortunate for the lady to be stricken with those 'beauties'

Here's a link to Burn's "Again Rejoicing Nature Sees" in which he does a lot of mauning, poor thing.

Reading through that I wondered, being that miserable, what he would have been like in winter - until I read the final verse!

So, today's Australia Day - any poems for that?
