Pochard?

Is the bird at the back of the group of Tufted ducks a Pochard?
There were a lot of pochards on the lake, although this one looks similar it looks different to the others because the beak is dark and the eye is is yellow.
Maybe its a juvenile or something completely different?

Could this possibly be another Hybrid Tufted duck?
There were other tufted ducks on the water, but this one wasn't with them, it seemed to be alone but there were a lot of hiding places more could have been.
Thoughts please .

Not sure about the Pochard type, but the bird in your last post is a Mallard of the farmyard type quite often known as a ‘Manky Mallard’ or other derogatory terms.
