you get adders and vipers in France as well as other non venomous snakes.

I have seen a couple of snakes but already dead! Apparently the French are paranoid about snakes and will kill them venomous or not!

Hi Goosey
A few
Montpellier Snake Venomous but fangs in the back of its mouth not dangerous
Adder/Viper very common
Asp far worse than the viper
you never put your hands under a boulder or piece of wood without giving it a good kick first
