Coastal Plains Cricket Frog
Native to the southeastern US, the Coastal Plains Cricket Frog is a small species that rarely gets more than a few feet from water. True to its name, it is an extremely fast jumper and will leap many times its body length into streams and ponds on the approach of predators.
