Pic Upload and story

Thanks to Goosey for the info on the upload of images. I should get time to upload a couple tomorrow. What I would like to do is put up a bit of copy somewhere on the forum to explain what is what in the images. For example I have two images of the same lion taken almost exactly 12 months apart. ( I know the pride, some of them are radio tagged so we are 100% certain on this..). The pics start to tell a story, which hopefully will continue. So after I have uploaded the pics, where if anywhere should I try to tell the story behind them? Regards WW

Sounds great.
The way I do it (there may be other ways):
Upload your pictures.
Open another tab/window so that you have WAW running in two windows.
In the new window start a message in the appropriate forum (for your story).
When you want to add a picture, go to the other window .... take the picture to full screen ..... below the pic you will see a panel labelled linked thumbnail.
Copy this (use Ctrl-C) and paste it into the message (Ctrl-V). Carry on with your tale, putting pictures in as you wish ....
It's easier than it sounds!
Good luck, Paul

I have just tried to add nine photo's to a post my self but was told I could only add 4 at a time. So ended up doing it in two parts.
Now I think about it though - I could have uploaded the first 4 photos and part of the story. Then come back to answer my own thread and add the rest. It would have been a much better way of doing things and kept it all together .

I've just had the same problem when trying to upload three image thumbnails.
So I read the instructions (always do that in desperation) ... it's not simply a matter of four images but four links of any kind including urls and smilies. So apologies for the absence of smilies in my photo uploads - you'' have to imagine them ....
