Where were you when you were in the coldest weather that you've ever been in?
If you live in a tropical climate this obviously might be nowhere near freezing
, but if you live in a mountainous region of the world it could many degrees below.
So where and when have you experienced your coldest weather?
I was up in Norway 10 years ago and it was -28C outside.
