Another interesting post and photo's. Have the Cuban Brown Anole's been introduced on purpose or by accident to the US? What sort of threat does it pose to the native species?
It is something you see all too frequently here in Europe, species moving into new areas because of climate change, or people have imported animals in the past for pets or private collections and now they are in the wild taking over native species natural habitats or carrying virus's which kill the natives. It is so sad when they can't co-exist and anmals are being wiped out. Actually it happens with plants aswell
