I like this idea. The orangutan awareness week here inspired me to look up a few things about them. I hardly knew any of it - so I have learned a lot already. I posted a thread about what I have learned on the mamal forum.

The orangutan toy thread bought to mind one my eldest daughter has. It was one of the first toys we bought her when we moved to Holland 15 years ago when she was 3. It was from the WWF collection, large and cost alot - but it was just so loveable. It was her favourite for years, she called it Terry, gave it a hair cut (
). It still holds such special memories for all of us and I always smile to myself when I see it.
