I never knew that they could take on snakes and small mammals, I always assumed they ate insects.
I remember hearing hundreds croaking at night while I was camping by a lake in Florida. If I'd have known they had that type of appetite I'd have packed up and gone to a hotel, in case that fancied having a Full English Breakfast
